TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you agree to the terms below:★ PAYMENT ★
‣ All payment will go through PayPal and be converted to GBP.
‣ I will provide a PayPal invoice once everything is agreed.
‣ All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
‣ If the commissioner has not paid the invoice within 2 days, I'll try to reach out and if there's no reply after 24 hours I'll assume the commission is cancelled.╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼★ GENERAL TERMS ★
I have the right to decline a commission.
I will not draw the following:
‣ NSFW / Fetish
‣ Gore / Cruelty
‣ Hateful designs, poses or flags╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼★ PROCESS ★
‣I will start working on the commission once I've received the payment.
‣ I will send out sketches to all commissioners and make changes if wanted.
‣ I will send out a colour base to all commissioners, and it'll be the last time I'm accepting changes.
‣ Final product sent.╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼★ Refunds ★
‣ If the commissioner wishes to cancel their commission before work begins, a 100% refund will be issued.‣ In the event of commissioner cancellation when work has already been started on the piece, a refund will be issued proportionate to how much work has been completed on the piece.‣ No refund will be issued if the commissioner cancels after the commission is complete.‣ If I cancel the commission for whatever reason, 100% of the commission payment will be refunded.╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼★ OTHER ★
‣ Please do not remove my watermarks.‣ Do not feed my art into AI or make NFTs out of it, you will be blacklisted‣ I will sometimes post commissioned art on my social media unless you have told me not to.‣ You may use the finished art for personal profiles: profile pictures, backgrounds, social media, thumbnails, covers ect.‣ Do not explicitly resell my artwork to others for monetary gain without permission (Redbubble, Etsy).‣ My prices are based from the time and effort it takes me to create, I suffer with CPTSD, DID, ASD + more so please be patient with me, thank you╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼╼★ How do I ask for a commission? ★
To join the queue, please send me a clear reference of the character you'd like me to draw as well as what type of commission you'd like (headshot, fullbody ect) , please specify anything you'd like; props, the pose, expression, shading or not, none of these things will cost extra. If you don't specify anything I will make something up for you based on the reference.★ How long will my commission take? ★
Your commission will take around 2 days to 4 weeks depending on the queue and how busy I am, I will send progress and updates to you.
